About the role RegisCareers is RegisCorp's jobs, internships and freelance board for India, built around verified employers, honest replies and people being found, not just applying. Many students have never written a resume or sat in an interview. You will help them: review resumes, run mock interviews and answer questions on RegisCareers so that more students get replies. What you will do Review resumes using our checklist and give three clear fixes each Run 20-minute mock interviews on video calls and give kind, honest feedback Answer student questions on jobs, offer letters and scams Turn the most common questions into new guides and FAQs Track how many students you helped and what happened next Learn to say no gently to unrealistic goals What you will learn How a good resume and a good interview look How to give feedback people can use How hiring teams really decide What you get Work directly with the founders and the founding team, and see how real decisions are made Work from home (remote), planned around your classes and exams Real work with your name on it, and a mentor who gives you feedback every week Skills that make you industry ready, and a clear view of the role you can grow into here A certificate of internship and a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) when you complete it A Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): interns who do well over the 4 months are offered a full-time role with a competitive salary.
