RegisCorp is a digital-first legal compliance firm based in Kota, Rajasthan, serving clients across India with company registration, GST, ROC compliance, trademark and related filings, in days rather than weeks. As our Operations Associate you will keep client work moving: collect documents, track each filing against its due date, coordinate with the CA partner and the team, and make sure every client knows where their case stands. You will make sure nothing slips: track tasks and due dates, chase documents, update clients and keep simple records that the whole team can trust. What we look for
Graduate in any stream. Freshers with good communication are welcome. Good with Excel or Google Sheets and with tracking many things at once. Clear, polite writing and calling in Hindi and English. Commerce, law or compliance background is a plus, not a must. Works from our Kota office.
