RegisCareers is RegisCorp's jobs, internships and freelance board for India, built around verified employers, honest replies and people being found, not just applying. As our Sales Manager you will bring verified employers onto RegisCareers: introduce the product to companies in Kota, Jaipur and beyond, get their first openings live and help them reply to every applicant. You will own the pipeline from first enquiry to payment: qualify leads, run calls and meetings, send quotes, follow up without being pushy and report weekly numbers. What we look for
2 to 7 years in B2B or services sales, ideally compliance, legal, accounting or SaaS. A record of meeting monthly targets. Excellent spoken Hindi and English, and trusted with money conversations. Comfortable on calls, WhatsApp and in person. Works from our Kota office, with some travel in Rajasthan.
