Internships for 2nd and 3rd year students, with the founders
RegisCorp is a compliance firm in Kota, Rajasthan, and it runs three more initiatives: RegiSocials, RegisCommunity and RegisCareers. Each has its own internships, so you pick the work that fits your course, not a generic role. You work directly with the founders and the founding team for four months, from home or hybrid. These internships are unpaid and learning-first, and we say so before you apply.
What you get
- Work directly with the founders and the founding team, on real work and not practice tasks.
- Work from home or hybrid. Some roles meet at our office in Kota on some days.
- A mentor, regular feedback, and learning that you can show in an interview.
- A certificate and a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) when you complete the internship well.
- A Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): interns who perform well are offered a full-time role with a competitive salary. It depends on your performance and on there being a role, and it is not automatic.
- Skills the industry asks for: you leave knowing how the work is done, not only how it is taught.
What to expect, plainly
- Who: students in their 2nd or 3rd year, from any course. Each posting says which skills help.
- Time: about 15 to 20 hours a week for 4 months, planned around your classes and exams.
- Pay: these internships are unpaid. There is no stipend, and no fee for you to pay either. A real internship never asks you for money.
- Reply: we answer every applicant, shortlisted or not.
